Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is a core component of the CFP approach to mental health care. Through a variety of evidence-based approaches, including, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic psychotherapy, these methods can address a wide range of mental health concerns. This includes everything from anxiety and depression to past trauma and relationship difficulties.

Therapy is collaborative. This means that therapists and clients work together to identify and achieve goals. We create a safe and non-judgmental learning environment where clients can explore their past experiences, and develop sustainable, healthy coping skills for the future. Whether you are looking for short-term, solution-focused therapy or longer-term, depth-oriented work, we are here to support your journey.
I offer a limited number of openings for psychotherapy in my practice and would be happy to offer referrals if we are not able to meet your needs.
